This full day workshop is designed for a non-technical audience such as project managers, analysts and contract managers who want a managerial understanding of the HL7 implementation process.

This course is designed to walk the attendee through the implementation process. Attendees will learn how to successfully manage an interface project using a life cycle methodology the spans from pre-analysis through production implementation. The class includes how to analyze and negotiate an HL7 interface, determine the information to include in the RFP/contract, and develop integration testing processes. Course includes hands-on exercises. HL7 will make efforts to customize the workshop to fit your organizationís needs.
